These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Water Hero mobile application ("App", "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using Water Hero, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Water Hero in any way, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. We may update these Terms periodically, and continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not use Water Hero for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
Do not attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the app or its backend
Do not upload offensive, abusive, or harmful content (e.g. profile photos, chat messages)
Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, illustrations (including the Water Hero mascot), and app design are the property of Water Hero and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the app and for how you use hydration recommendations. Water Hero is a wellness tool, not a substitute for professional medical advice — please consult a healthcare provider for medical concerns.

6. Disclaimer

Water Hero is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that hydration suggestions are suitable for every individual's health needs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Water Hero and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Water Hero at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. You may also stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of Water Hero after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
